A wonderful brace of perch weighing 4lb and 4lb 1oz, caught by Mark Tyrtania in February 2024. Both Perch fell to red maggots, fished with open end feeder of dead reds, worm and a worm based ground bait.

Young Lucas Orton continued his good season with this PB pike weighing 20lb 4oz during a family half term break away. Ledgered mackerel tail proving successful. February 2022.

Junior member Archie Ryan caught his first ever pike during a day out with the group. The pike weighed 7lb 2oz and was caught on a ledgered mackerel tail from St John's pit at Linear Fisheries.

Lucas Orton has been doing a fair amount of predator fishing over the winter but more recently caught this nicely conditioned 8lb 3oz pike to be an early front runner for the 2021-22 Junior Trophy.

Season 2020-21

 

Clive Bristow caught the groups biggest river and Oxfordshire pike of the season with this awesome 25lb 07oz specimen from the river Thames. Successful method was a ledgered deadbait. March 2021.
